The K house (K Prefabricated House) consists of a steel structure frame and sandwich panels assembled with doors and windows. It is the most economic design commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters or site offices. It is also extensively used for soldier camps, government projects, and school projects.
Designed for durability and ease of setup, these houses can serve as rental units, refugee housing, or low-income family housing. They are often referred to as Disaster Relief Houses due to their rapid deployment capabilities.
The K home is designed to withstand strong winds and includes a steel base, eliminating the need for a cement foundation. The front features a disability-friendly ramp. Large aluminum sliding windows provide excellent natural light, while double open doors serve as the main entrance. All parts are fabricated to requirements, with welded, galvanized, and painted steel components.
Standard dimensions are 7.752m * 7.752m * 2.85H (60m² per unit). A 40'HQ container can accommodate approximately 4 sets (280-320m²). The structure utilizes thick "C" section steel with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panels. A team of 6 workers can construct 100sqm in just one day.
Resists grade 7-8 earthquakes and grade 12 typhoons.
All steel structures are well-welded and painted; assembly via bolts and nuts.
Fireproof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and sound/heat insulating materials.
