This PREFABRICATED K Home is suitable for office, accommodation, apartments, student living units, and classrooms. Also known as a K Prefabricated House, it is designed with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels assembled with doors and windows.
This economic design is commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters or site offices. It is also ideal for disaster relief or low-income family housing due to its durability and ease of setup.
Installation: Parts are installed at the site. It features a steel base (no cement foundation needed), a front ramp for disability access, large aluminum sliding windows, and a double open entrance door. 6 workers can build 100sqm in just one day.
Structure: The main steel structures are made from thick "C" section steel (2.8mm thickness), typically offering a lifespan of 25-30 years. All steel parts are welded, galvanized, and painted.
Materials: 18mm fiber cement board for the floor; EPS/Glass wool sandwich panels for walls and roof; Aluminum sliding windows.
