Product Description
A gas or diesel generator is an ideal solution for numerous prime and standby power applications. Whether you're working in a location without access to a "standard" power supply, or need an emergency backup in case the electricity goes out, you need a generator. For that generator to operate at its best, you need to keep it cool, and for that, you need an air cooled remote radiator for your custom cooling solutions.
A remote radiator cools a generator when the generator is in a space where a regular radiator will not fit beside it. Placed at a distance from the generator, a remote radiator cools the system and keeps it from overheating. Our remote vertical and horizontal radiators are designed to cool diesel engines of varying sizes.
Dry Cooling Technology
Air flow and surface area are key to maximizing the effect of dry cooling. This transfer of energy is facilitated by running process fluid through a series of highly conductive aluminium fins. By constantly drawing large quantities of air through the fins, heat is quickly removed from the system and discharges to the atmosphere.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the primary applications for remote radiators?
Remote radiators are ideal for gas or diesel generators located in confined spaces where standard radiators cannot fit. They are widely used in power plants, data centers, and industrial factories.
Q2: Can the radiators be customized for aggressive environments?
Yes, we offer specialized options for harsh environments, including anti-corrosion pre-coated aluminium fins, copper fins, and stainless steel cabinets.
Q3: Do you support immersion cooling for Bitcoin mining?
Absolutely. We have significant experience providing dry coolers specifically designed for oil-based immersion cooling systems in crypto mining server farms.
Q4: What technical information is needed for a prompt quotation?
Please provide the cooling capacity (kW), required medium (water/oil), inlet/outlet temperatures, ambient air temperature, and local voltage/frequency requirements.
Q5: Are the fan systems maintenance-free?
Yes, our axial fan systems feature integrated motors with high-grade seals and encapsulation, designed for long service life with no regular maintenance required.
Q6: What materials are available for the heat exchanger tubes?
We provide a wide range of materials including seamless copper, 304/316 stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and hot-dip galvanized steel.
